- medium potato 250gm
- parsle 3 tsp nos
- salt to taste
- paper to taste
- butter 50gm
Direction or method
- peel and cut potato in picture shape
- boiled in water for ten min
- heat butter in pan
- add potato and parsley or salt pepper
