Direction or method
- cut fish in cube marinate fish with juice and salt
- stem fish in steamer for 10 min
- chopped fresh red chili and lemon grass
- boiled lemon grass in 100ml water
- heat the butter in sauce pan add garlic and chopped red chili
- add lemon grass water and cook for five minute
- add steam fish cook for five more min

Chicken Pepper Steak

- chicken breast 1pcs(200gm)
- crash pepper 10gm
- lime juice 2tsp
- garlic 5 flake
- chicken stock 50ml
- white roux 20gm
- butter 50gm
- seasoning to taste
Direction and step
- chicken breast put lime juice keep aside for 15 min
- put the crash pepper on the chicken breast
- heat butter in grill pan add chicken
- and grill for 15 min in slow flame
- make the chicken walnut sauce (white roux mix in chicken stock )
- grilled chicken dip in to this sauce
- serve with garlic bread
