1. medium potato                     250gm
2. parsle                                      3 tsp nos
3. salt                                      to taste
4. paper                                    to taste 
5. butter                                         50gm

Direction or method 

• peel and cut potato in picture shape
• boiled in water for ten min
• heat butter in pan
• add potato and parsley or salt pepper
