Steam Fish with lemon& chili sauce 

  1. Ingredient  name                        Qtv

  1. fish( river soul fillet)                     250gm
  2. lemon                                          3 nos
  3. fresh red chili                               50gm
  4. lemon grass                                 50gm
  5. seasoning                                    to taste 
  6. butter                                         50gm
  7. garlic                                          20 gm
  8. salt                                      to taste

Direction or method 

    steam fish with lemon sauce
  • cut fish in cube marinate fish with juice and salt
  •  stem fish in steamer for 10 min
  • chopped fresh red chili and lemon grass 
  • boiled lemon grass in 100ml water 
  • heat the butter in sauce pan add garlic and chopped red chili 
  • add lemon grass water and cook for five minute 
  • add steam fish cook for five more min

Chicken Pepper Steak

Ingredient name                                           Qtv     
  1. chicken breast                                           1pcs(200gm)
  2. crash pepper                                             10gm
  3. lime juice                                                   2tsp
  4. garlic                                                         5 flake
  5. chicken stock                                            50ml
  6. white roux                                                 20gm
  7. butter                                                        50gm
  8. seasoning                                                   to taste


Direction and step


  1. chicken breast put lime juice keep aside for 15 min
  2. put the crash pepper on the chicken breast 
  3. heat butter in grill pan  add chicken 
  4. and grill for 15 min in slow flame 
  5. make the chicken walnut sauce (white roux mix in chicken stock )
  6. grilled chicken dip in to this sauce 
  7. serve with garlic bread
